Our client has a new and exciting opportunity for an Office Manager to join their busy, expanding team in Exeter. As an Office Manager you will be the key point of contact for a global accommodation specialist

Job Duties

  • Ensure an exceptional experience for everyone who
  • Manage all aspects to ensure a smooth and efficient running of the office
  • Collaborating with all departments and coordinating with office supply, maintenance and oversee security
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointment’s, and travel arrangements for executives and staff
  • Manage and prioritise all necessary health and safety requirements

As an experienced Office Manager you will be extremely organised, have excellent attention to detail with great time management skills.
An adaptable Office Manager who is a highly motivated and passionate communicator who is looking for their next challenge.
