Support Worker Required

Venn Group are looking for a dedicated support worker to start immediately at a leading housing charity. If you are passionate about helping the most vulnerable members of society apply now.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting Service Users dealing with homelessness
- Managing a caseload
- Conducting welfare checks
- Implementing and following support plans
- Helping with risk assessments
- Understanding of Safeguarding Procedures
- Maintaining a full log of events during shift
- Progress and track referrals made into the service
The successful candidate will have:
