Our Exeter division is looking for a Customer Care Coordinator on behalf of a leading national house-building company
You will be based in their Exeter office working Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm. The contract is initially temporary with the poptential to be made permanent
Your role will include overseeing day to day customer care ensuring the highest level of customer care is delivered to their clients who have recently purchased a property. You will liaise directly with customers to ensure the smooth running of the process and to assist with resolving any issues that may arise. You will also liaise with management on site to resolve any issues the customers may have and also communicate with the maintenance teams to co-ordinate any works required to deal with remedial issues.
You will be supported by Customer Care Administrators and report into the Office Manager. Excellent telephone manner and strong administration & communication skills are essential
Previous experience in this type of role is preferable
