Resourcing Group is working a Maintenance Contractor based in the Exmouth. They specialise in carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance operating in both occupied and void homes across a set geographical patch and would like to appoint a qualified and experienced Electrical Engineers from a domestic background.
The position will involve the following:
- Day to day repairs and maintenance to electrical equipment
- Fault finding
- Responding to emergency queries
- Operating in live environments - occupied social housing premises
- Making safe
- Reporting works as completed
- Completing certificates for each job
- Operating a PDA system
Essential:
- Experienced Electrician, fully qualified with domestic social housing experience.
- City and Guilds in Electrical Engineering or NVQ equivalent
- Experience of rewiring occupied domestic dwellings is an advantage
- Technical fault finding and with fixing issues
- Provide excellent customer service to clients including tenants
- Good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and its application within role.
- Must hold a full UK driving license
