Your new companyWorking for a leading manufacturer based in Stowmarket, this is a great opportunity for an experienced Engineer looking to progress further within a leadership role.Your new roleAs Engineering lead you will deliver and maintain a robust engineering/site equipment maintenance procedure, and be responsible for eliminating breakdown-related losses and optimising maintenance efficiency. You will develop capability within your team and wider teams, you will have a good understanding of operational plans, working closely with production and supply chain teams.
