About the Role
As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will manage the food and beverage team, oversee inventory and budgets, and ensure smooth, efficient service that delights every guest. Your leadership will be key to maintaining high standards and driving customer satisfaction.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage food and beverage staff to deliver excellent service
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement staff training programs to enhance service quality
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth running of the service area
- Maintain financial records, track expenses, and manage budgets
- Set goals, forecast sales revenue, and support business growth
- Plan and organise special events and functions when required
