Henry Nicholas have an excellent opportunity with a very well established and leading network marketing agency who are now on the hunt for a new hire - a Senior Account Director to lead the client services function of the agency by ensuring accounts continue to grow and deliver exceptional service.Â
The experience we need:
- Proven track record in the management and development of a Client Services team within a marketing/ CRM/ data & insight/ mar-tech environment.
- At least two years’ experience in a senior client services position with responsibility for delivering against set targets and KPIs and with accountability for the team’s P&L.
- Sound experience of working with high profile clients (ideally both B2B and B2C across several industry sectors) at a senior level.
- Considerable and recent experience of leading or managing large scale multi-channel marketing campaign/ technology/ data management/ BI projects within the Data Marketing Industry.
- Experience in working collaboratively with other client-roster agencies and third-party suppliers.
- Demonstrable communication, influencing and relationship management skills.
- Energetic, resourceful, and capable of multi-tasking and prioritising when under pressure.
- Ability to delegate effectively but also willing to take a hands-on approach when needed.
