A long term Administrator opportunity has arisen in Falmouth from 20th May'24 for 3 months with the potential of going permanent for the right candidate. We are seeking someone with commitment to this duration for business continuity. So, if you're looking for a new challenge this summer, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Supporting a busy team you will be responsible for:
- Providing admin support across the departments, contributing to the everyday running of the teams
- Logging annual leave and training days of the team
- Monitoring Emails
- Processing Timesheets
- Printing drawings and documentation
- Process H&S documentation
- Taking payments
- Updating Data base
- Excellent organisation, IT and Communication skills with all work peers

Full Time Position - 830am to 5pm Mon - Fri
12.00 - 13.00 per hour PAYE / Weekly Pay
