Financial Accountant

CMA are partnering with a dynamic leading FMCG company to recruit a proficient Financial Accountant to strengthen their team on a full-time basis. This role supports various entities, overseeing financial reporting for designated markets. You'll serve as the primary contact for market financial reporting and audits, collaborating closely with key stakeholders and administrative support to uphold financial integrity, completeness, and accuracy. This role benefits from hybrid and flexible work options.

What will the Financial Accountant role involve?

• Collaborate with local market finance to ensure accurate reporting of rebates and customer incentives.
• Lead the month-end revenue reconciliation process.
• Review month-end revenue to ensure compliance with Company policy and US GAAP.
• Ensure accurate reflection of sales team incentives and marketing activities.
• Prepare monthly reporting and analysis.
• Engage with global stakeholders to reconcile Inter-company activity.

Suitable Candidate for the Financial Accountant vacancy:

• Qualified or part-qualified finance professional (ACCA/ACA/CIMA).
• Proficiency in SOX and US GAAP is desirable but note essential.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic environment, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain professionalism.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities crucial.
