Position: Probation Centre Chef
Location: Probation Centre
Hours: 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Shifts: 4 days on 4 days off rotation.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals for staff and residents at the probation centre
- Work independently in the kitchen
- Ensure food quality and safety standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Experience as a chef de partie (CDP) or upwards
- Basic DBS certificate required
- Availability to work weekends
