Are you a passionate Senior HR professional looking for a flexible Employee Relations focused role with the opportunity to really make a difference?

Due to growth, an exciting new position has become available for an Employee Relations Advisor to join a values led organisation based in Hampshire.

The successful candidate will be managing their own case load of complex Employee Relations investigations from start to finish with the opportunity to be autonomous.

Responsibilities include: 

  • Supporting all disciplinary, performance management and grievance cases
  • Managing, analysing, and interpreting data, before presenting findings clearly and drawing conclusions
  • Ensuring that the Disciplinary Grievance and Performance Improvement / Capability policies and procedures are relevant and provide clear guidance that represent the law and any best practice.
  • Overseeing all disciplinary, performance management and grievance cases
  • Providing comprehensive support and advice to managers when managing long term Sickness
  • Supporting Managers with writing and wording bespoke letters in respect of disciplinary, grievance and performance management cases
  • Being responsible for the administrative tasks associated with case studies
  • This role involves flexible hybrid work and travel to various sites when required

To be considered for this role you will have/be:

  • A senior HR professional with full CIPD qualification
  • Extensive experience managing a large caseload of complex Employee Relations cases
  • Great communication skills
  • Resilient, with the ability to work under pressure
  • Looking for a purely Employee Relations focused position
  • Knowledge of UK and European employment legislation
  • Experience of providing an Employee Relations / HR Advisory service to internal managers and employees
  • Knowledge and experience of MS Office applications
  • Full UK driving license
