Sea Freight Administrator

We have a brand-new exciting opportunity for aSea Freight Administratorin Fareham.

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end transportation process for Sea Freight shipments from origin to destination.
• Arrange the timely and accurate documentation of shipments, such as customs declarations, and transportation contracts, in compliance with relevant regulations.
• Monitor and track shipments, providing regular updates to clients on the status and resolving any issues or delays that may arise.
• Coordinate customs clearance processes, working closely with customs brokers to ensure compliance with import/export regulations and documentation requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries and providing solutions.

Qualifications / Skills Required:

• 5 years minimum Sea Freight shipping experience

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 9amto 5.30pm
