Key Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the legal department
- Managing and organising legal documents and records
- Assisting with the preparation of legal correspondence and documentation
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
- Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with legal procedures
- Updating and maintaining internal databases and filing systems
- Responding to queries and requests from internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting the legal team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Job Requirements:
- Experience in an administrative role, ideally within professional setting
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of legal terminology and procedures is advantageous
