The role focuses on developing requirements to support delivery objectives in alignment with the Requirements Management (RM) methodology, contributing to safety and efficiency in air navigation services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop RM plans tailored to stakeholder needs, ensuring a clear and consistent approach.
- Support the adoption of RM methodologies across the organisation to ensure effective application.
- Work in teams to create solution-level requirements aligned with business needs, ensuring outputs meet agreed standards.
- Continuously improve processes through training development and feedback collection.
- Independently manage work packages in projects to achieve desired outcomes.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in requirements analysis and management for large or complex organisations.
- Understanding of the systems engineering lifecycle, including requirements analysis and architecture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Collaborative and outcome-focused working style, able to work independently and within multi-functional teams.
- Numerate background, ideally with a degree in Engineering, Science, Maths or equivalent experience (e.g., IIBA Diploma).
- Experience with Requirements Management tools, such as DOORS, is desirable.
- Knowledge of the air traffic domain or similar related domains and technologies is beneficial.
