- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or related field).
- 5 to 9 years of experience at a top UK based design consultancy.
- Chartered or approaching chartership (IStructE or ICE)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
