Graduate Accountant

A mid sized, Camberley based Accountancy Practice offering excellent mentoring and a full study support package are seeking a Graduate / Trainee Accountant to join them on their annual growth period.

The candidate will be offered full support within the role and will be exposed to areas such as accounts preparation, business planning and tax as to assist them in their development and progression within the company.

Graduate Accountant Position Overview

Once employed in this role, you will be working closely with one of the Chartered Accountants, assisting with their portfolio, assisting them with -

• Preparing accounts for sole traders and ltd companies
• VAT returns
• Personal and business tax returns
• Business and tax planning
• Bookkeeping
• dealing with clients and HMRC

While employed, you will also be offered full study support, ACA / ACCA / AAT to further your knowledgebase.

Graduate Accountant Position Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A 1st or 2nd degree within finance or business-related studies
• Prior experience (placement year or otherwise would be beneficial
• Live within a commutable distance to Camberley

• starting salary of £22,000
• 28 days holiday
