Accounts and Administration Assistant - 24 Hours a Week
Location: Farnborough
Salary: 12.44ph
Contract: Temporary

TeamJobs is excited to be recruiting for a Temporary Accounts and Administration Assistant on behalf of our client. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and supportive team where you'll be providing vital finance and administrative support.



The Role:

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll ensure financial processes run smoothly and assist with day-to-day office administration. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing purchase and sales ledger entries

  • Preparing purchase ledger payments and carrying out bank reconciliations

  • Handling credit card reconciliations

  • Providing administration support to the wider business

  • Managing and transferring incoming calls

  • Welcoming and supporting visitors on-site

  • Monitoring site standards to ensure food safety compliance

  • Completing general admin and other ad hoc tasks as required



About You:

We're looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience in an accounts and administration role

  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail

  • Confidence with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and finance systems

  • A friendly, professional manner when dealing with calls and visitors

  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
