Admin Assistant
We are currently recruiting for a leading law firm based in the heart of Guildford is actively recruiting for an Admin Assistant to join their friendly team. The role is really varied and will include:-
- Working with service users to offer assistance where possible
- Supporting the Compliance & Risk Team with the completion of client due diligence, conflict checking, and the Anti-Money Laundering processes
- Creating new files and maintaining and updating existing files, demonstrating an understanding of the principal documents within the file
- Dealing with internal and external postal deliveries and arranging couriers
- Working effectively and efficiently on the Practice Management System to log and record documents
- Undertaking all file closing procedures, including the processing of archiving and retrieval
- Complete searches at the request of Partners, fee earners, and PAs.
- Photocopying, printing, scanning, binding, and filing tasks
- Supporting the Finance team by ensuring receipts, cheques, and bills are correctly loaded onto the system
- Any ad hoc duties as requested by the business
To apply, you’ll need to have a minimum of six months of office admin experience and be someone who can work on their own initiative with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
