We are recruiting for a Customer Support Advisor for a Technology company in their scientific application department.
Responsibilities:
- Handling high call/ email volumes
- First point of contact for emails, phone calls.
- Responding to queries, handling complaints, recording customer details and setting up appointments.
- Communicating with key clients
- Continuous review of our internal customer service standards & make recommendations/take follow-up actions as required.
- Ensuring a positive relationship with clients and internal customers to deliver results.
- Administration management in support of customer quotations and invoicing
