- Conduct a variety of electrical system studies, including load flow analysis, short circuit analysis, motor starting analysis, arc flash analysis, and transient stability studies.
- Utilize and maintain electrical system study software, such as ETAP and SPEL, to model and analyze power systems.
- Develop and interpret single-line diagrams and other technical documentation related to electrical systems.
- Identify potential electrical system issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Participate in the design review process to ensure electrical system adequacy and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Support the development of technical specifications and bid documents for electrical equipment.
- Collaborate with other engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in electrical power system analysis and design.
