We are a small and supportive nursery setting looking for an enthusiastic Level 2+ Practitioner to join our dedicated team! Flexible Days/Hours:

  • 3, 4 or 5 Day Options
  • Shifts between 8.30am-5.30pm
  • 25.5 - 36.5 Hours a week
  • All Year / Permanent

*Please note we cannot accommodate term time hours

  • Salary: £13.00 to £13.15ph - depending on hours, qualifications, and experience

Early Years PractitionerResponsibilities

  • Promote positive relationships with parents, children, and colleagues
  • Working as part of a team creating an environment in which children's individual needs are met and high standards of care are provided.
  • Working alongside practitioners in supporting children's development, participating, planning and setting up activities for a range of children.
  • Developing successful relationships with children and their families.
  • Observing and tracking children's development and share this with parent/carers and other professionals.
  • Supporting children during mealtimes and toilet training.

About YouThe ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)
  • Have previous experience as a nursery practitioner or similar role
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practices
  • Possess excellent communication skills for interacting with parents and carers
  • Be eligible to work in the UK
