My client specialise in providing protection products to members of the public across the UK. We work with market leading providers and are a specialist in non-advised life insurance.
As a Protection Consultant here you will:
- Work on a non-advised basis
- Contact multiple leads per day (generated from potential customers who have expressed a specific interest in life assurance products on-line (real time hot leads not cold calling)
- Overcome customer concerns
- Perform fact finds with clients to confirm their needs
- Search through our market leading providers to find a policy to match the clients needs
- Sell key benefits of our products and services
- Arrange life insurance policies in line with our sales process
- Learn and retain product knowledge
- Adhere to FCA guidelines
Requirements:
MUST HAVE PREVIOUS LIFE INSURANCE OR PRIVATE MEDICAL INSURANCE SALES EXPERIENCE!
Proven track record in working to targets in telesales (essential)
Ability to overcome common objections (essential)
Experience in a financial company working within FCA guidelines (beneficial)
Excellent verbal communication
Ambition to thrive in a sales environment
Team player focused on the success of the business as a whole
Professional and positive manner
Enthusiasm to invest time in upskilling and professional development through CPD and qualifications such as CII
Knowledge around treating customers fairly and willingness to support positive customer outcomes in line with FCA guidelines
