This well-established and growing organisation based in Farnham is looking for a Finance Assistant to join their team. You will be joining a reputable organisation that is experiencing a fantastic period of growth and is now recruiting for this new role in their finance team. The role is being offered on either a full time or part time basis (30 hours a week) and there are also opportunities for flexible/hybrid working. This would be a great role for someone with accounts experience who is looking for their next role or someone who is looking to get into finance. Finance Assistant - About The Role

In this role you will be working within an established finance team and will be reporting into the Finance Manager. You will be supporting the daily running of the finance function and your key responsibilities will be:

  • Processing invoices into the system and reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding any queries and setting up new accounts
  • Assist in the preparation of purchase summaries
  • Process business expense returns
  • Assist in the BACS payments run process
  • Completing finance processes relating to purchase requisition orders and invoices
  • Ensuring all finance admin is organised correctly

The successful Finance Assistant will have:

  • Previous experience in a finance role is desirable but entry level candidates will also be considered
  • Good Excel skills
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
