Our client, a renowned garden centre based near Farnham, are seeking a full time General Assistant to join their team. Hours:Monday, alternate Tuesday, Wednesday, alternate Thursday, Friday 09:30 - 17:30, including alternate weekends 09:30 - 17:30.Main duties and responsibilities:*Washing up, cleaning and clearing in the café and kitchen*Provide an enjoyable restaurant experience for everyone *Ensuring all customers are greeted and offered assistanceThe ideal candidate will have:*Good friendly manner*Good interpersonal skills*Willing to learnRewards & Benefits:*Employee Discount - 50% in Restaurants and 20% in Garden Centre on joining, increasing to 25% after 2 years' service and 30% after 5 years' service.*Holiday (including bank holidays) - 5.6 weeks on joining increasing to 6.2 week after 2 years' service and 6.6 weeks after 5 years' service.*Bonus -Employees are rewarded with a non-contractual bonus at Christmas, based on the profit of the company in any financial year.(first year is dependent on start date.)*Pension - The client offers a Defined Contribution Pension Plan to new employees.
