Your new companyA growing award-winning multidisciplinary practice with 5 offices across the South of England and continued success is looking to appoint a motivated Intermediate Building Surveyor to assist with an increasing workload within the Sevenoaks or Chichester Office. The successful candidate will be required to act on behalf of both public and private sector clients across a complete range of projects.
Your new roleThe role encompasses a mixture of traditional building surveying and project management across a variety of different sectors, including but not limited to education, social and privately owned housing, local authority, education, property development, ministry of defence and conservation. No one day will be the same, and you will be expected to work both as part of an experienced team of Building Surveyors as well as be entrusted to take sole responsibility for managing your own projects from inception through to completion. You will be relied upon to help promote the practice and continue to develop and maintain client relationships.
What you'll need to succeedThe candidate would be expected to be proficient in the use of AutoCad as well as at least have a basic understanding of professional services. You are likely to be newly Chartered or are looking to get Chartered in the short term. You must be capable of demonstrating experience for the role advertised and now looking for a 'step up' in your career.
