Cover Supervisor

We are looking for a new and exciting opportunity in education? We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Cover Supervisor to join a lovely school in Faversham.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers
• Deliver pre-prepared lessons to pupils across a range of subjects
• Manage behavior and ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
• Mark and provide feedback on pupil work
• Liaise with teachers and other support staff to ensure continuity of learning

Qualifications:

• A degree in any subject or equivalent experience
• Experience of working with children or young people in an education setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage behavior and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
