Credit Controller

Your new companyAn established organisation with exciting growth plans, my client is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their finance team located in Felixstowe, Suffolk.

Your new roleWorking as part of a supportive finance team, your key focus will be overseeing the day-to-day credit control activities including:- Maintaining customer database and records- Manage new customer account set up, including credit limits- Proactively collecting outstanding debt- Aged debtor review and reporting- Build strong relationships with customers and investigate and resolve queries- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the finance team and wider business- Provide support in other areas of finance during peak periods- Support with process and review improvementWhat you'll need to succeedYou have a proven track record working in a credit control capacity with confident systems and IT skills. A proactive and positive approach and strong team work ethic will be key.
