We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Advisor who is looking to expand their experience in a highly commercial organisation based in Felixstowe. Working in a small but established HR team, you will work closely with the HR Manager and be involved with generalist HR duties,such as advising and managing ER issues; recruitment/onboarding; supporting managers with policies and procedures, and training & development.

To be successful in this role, you will have previous HR experience gained at Advisor or Officer level and be ready to take on a new challenge. You will ideally hold an accredited CIPD qualification (Level 5 as a minimum) and proven HR advisory experience, including strengths in UK employment law. You will have strong organisation skills and possess an excellent attention to detail and good communication skills.
