This HR Advisor role has been newly established in response to the changing needs of the organisation, so you’ll have ample opportunity to make a difference to their employees through your involvement in change programmes, advising and guiding managers, recruitment, wellbeing and employee relations. It’s offered, initially, as a 12-month fixed term contract, reporting to the HR Manager and MD.

This HR Advisor role is based on the beautiful Suffolk coast in Felixstowe, and with hybrid working available, plus the need to get out and about and visit the organisation’s other sites around Suffolk and North Essex, you will have plenty of variety in your working day.

  • Ideally CIPD Level 5, or currently studying
  • Experience in a generalist HR role
  • Experience of supporting managers as a first contact for HR issues
