Job Title: Part-Time Personal Assistant to Vice CEO of a haulage company

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office? We’re looking for a capable and flexible Personal Assistant to support the Vice CEO of a dynamic and growing haulage company.
About the Role:This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to balance work with other commitments. The role offers flexibility – whether you prefer to work 2-3 full days or within school hours.
You will play a key role in supporting the Vice CEO with administrative and organisational tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:-
Managing the Vice CEO’s calendar and scheduling appointments

Drafting and formatting documents, reports, and emails

Organising meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes

Handling correspondence and filtering communications

Maintaining accurate records and filing systems

Assisting with general office administration as needed

Proven experience in a similar PA/administrative role

Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach

Excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
