Marketing Assistant

I am looking for a Marketing Assistant with at least one year of work experience to join a repeat client based in Feltham. My client is a leading manufacturer of sieving and filtration solutions with a strong global presence, with companies in the USA, Belgium, India, China and Brazil, as well as a far-reaching network of experienced worldwide distributors. The successful candidate will be joining a young & vibrant marketing team in a relaxed, yet hard-working environment. This is a Monday-Friday position, working from 9am - 5pm with flexi working options.

Main Duties: 

As a key member of the team, you will work on exciting projects, digital/non digital campaigns, and support executives in various marketing activities, including content development, video production, social media management, event planning and more. 

• Developing engaging content for various marketing channels.
• Assisting in the execution of global marketing campaigns.
• Working on the company's large quarterly publication.
• Providing support for digital marketing initiatives.
• Key contributor to Corporate Social Responsibility and internal comms projects.
• Facilitating communication between subsidiaries and the corporate office.
• Assisting in the design of tradeshow materials and video content.

Key Requirements: 

• A marketing-related degree or equivalent qualification is essential.
• Strong content writing skills for blog posts, website, briefs and/or campaigns is essential.
• At least one year experience in marketing gained through work experience or relevant internships during studies is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with CRM and E-Marketing platforms.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages (such as German or Portuguese) are desirable.
• Experience using design tools such as Photoshop or InDesign (training will be provided).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• A hands-on team player with a proactive approach.
