No experience? No problem. We're looking for enthusiastic, driven individuals ready to learn, grow, and make an impact. Whether you're fresh out of education or looking to switch careers, this is your chance to step into the world of manufacturing and engineering with full support from day one.

Job 1 – Trainee Balancing / Assembly Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate and dynamic balancing of components
• Shaft balancing
• Use of hand tools such as Dremel in a highly accurate manner
• Testing components
• Working from technical drawings
• Assembly and disassembly of mechanical components

Job 2 – Trainee Honer

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting and operating manual and CNC Honing machinery to ensure accuracy of finished components
• Testing components using air gauges and other methods
• Working to fine tolerances
• Working from drawings and work sheets
• Working closely with other departments to ensure accuracy and quality of finished components

Salary / Hours

The above roles are day shift positions, 38 hours per week over 4 days Monday to Thursday.

Pay rates are negotiable dependent on experience.
