Alongside strategic accounts there are B2B and B2C clients, meaning you'll beworking with a steady stream of candidates coming through various channels, all needing your support for their driving careers.We're looking for someone who has experience in recruitment and is now ready to step up and take charge of their career. This is a genuine opportunity to build and lead a department, with a team to be built around you as your success in the role progresses, whilst having a direct line into the business'sleadership team.What you'll be doing:- Communicating with both drivers and clients to understand their recruitment needs- Managing the full recruitment process from qualification to job placement- Supporting drivers as they begin their careers in logistics- Working closely with a major global brand and a range of other key clients- Searching for job opportunities online and matching drivers to suitable roles- Building strong relationships with employers to secure placements for drivers- Tracking and reporting key recruitment data and performance metrics- Helping to grow and shape the recruitment department within the business- Contributing to overall business growth and future recruitment strategy What we're looking for:- Recruitment experience (any sector considered, logistics/transport ideal)- Someone ambitious, driven and ready to grow into a leadership role- Confident working with clients and candidates across a variety of backgrounds- A genuine passion for helping people change their lives for the better
