We have an exciting opportunity to work with a forward thinking and dynamic company within manufacturing and electronics, they are looked to add to their already successful production and manufacturing department. As a Production Engineer you will play an integral part in the manufacturing process from design to delivery.
Salary : Competitive and plus bonus scheme
Hours : Monday to Friday 0900-1700 plus overtime available
Benefits : Pension scheme, Life insurance, 33 days holiday, on site free parking, overtime available
The main day to day responsibilities:
- Programming jobs from drawings
- Assisting with fixture concept design
- Problem Solving and continuous improvement
- Liaising with maintenance & contractors
- Assist with selection of new machine tools and equipment
- Assist Production when required
- Fixture manufacture
- Selection of tooling
- Proving out jobs
This amazing company will look to recruit candidates with the following;
- Apprentice trained or HNC qualified
- Experience with CNC milling and turning
- NC and Macro programming
- Renishaw probing
