Are you a skilled Production Engineer with a strong background in CNC and conventional milling and turning? We're seeking a dedicated and innovative Production Engineer to join our Client in Fleet, Hampshire. If you thrive on problem-solving, continuous improvement, and seeing a job through to completion, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:
Solve production-related problems to ensure efficient manufacturing.
Implement continuous improvement processes.
Program machining jobs from technical drawings.
Assist with the design and manufacturing of fixtures.
Select appropriate tooling for various jobs.
Prove out new jobs to ensure quality and accuracy.
Coordinate with maintenance teams and external contractors.
Contribute to the selection and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
Provide support to the production team as needed.

Experience and Skills Required:
Strong experience in both conventional and CNC milling and turning.
Familiarity with automation and robotics (desirable).
Proficiency in NC programming and CAM software (must).
Experience with CAD, particularly with Fanuc, Heidenhain, or Siemens controls.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing practices.
Experience supervising other workers (desirable).
Proficiency in macro programming and Renishaw probing (must).
Competence with PC applications, including spreadsheets and emails.
Qualifications:

HNC qualification or higher (must).
Apprentice-trained (desirable).
