Siamo Recruitment are currently looking for a School Receptionist on a temporary, full-time basis, located in the County of Flintshire, North Wales.
This role requires a candidate who has previous experience using SIMS software in a School environment, and would be able to hit the ground running in this type of role! The successful applicant will be working in a Reception/Office and helping with enquiries via telephone, as well as greeting visitors to the School in-person!
Hourly pay:12
The Role:
- Answering and directing a variety of incoming calls and handling enquiries
- Providing information and dealing with enquiries in-person and via telephone
- Using SIMS on a daily basis to update pupil information such as attendance
- Greeting students, parents, and visitors at the main reception desk
- Assisting with general office work, including filing, copying, etc.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience using SIMS software is essential for this role
- A background in Reception or Administration work would be beneficial
- Friendly and personable, able to work well within a team
- IT skills and good telephone manner
