Care & Support Manager – Forres
Hours: 37 per week
Salary: £33,463.46
Location: Ark Forres, Morayshire
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team at Ark Forres service as a Care & Support Manager.
Forres service supports 18 people with a variety of complex support needs including Autism, physical disabilities and mental health conditions.
As Care & Support Manager of Forres you will manage a team of 20-25 Established and Relief Support Workers to provide 610 deliverable support hours per week. You will be managing a mixed support model including 24 hour support and waking nights.
A crucial part of this role will be working collaboratively with other agencies advocating for our Supported People to ensure they are working towards outcomes that will support them to live a good life.
As part of your induction to Ark you will receive a comprehensive handover period with the current Forres Care & Support Manager.
