This is a unique opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join our upscale hotel client near Fort William on a permanent basis. Responsibilities in your new role as the Chef de Partie

  • Support with meal preparation and cooking following specified recipes and instructions
  • Arrange and replenish stations with necessary supplies
  • Ensure timely cooking of dishes to uphold quality standards
  • Uphold cleanliness and organisation within the workspace
  • Adhere rigorously to food safety and sanitation protocols
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless operations

Your personality, experienceand qualifications

The candidate must possess prior experience in a comparable role, demonstrating proficiency in kitchen equipment and cooking methods, as well as a solid grasp of food safety protocols. You should thrive in fast-paced settings while managing multiple tasks concurrently and maintaining meticulous attention to detail and organisational efficiency. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are also essential for effective teamwork.

Due to the location of this role, a driver's licence and access to your own transport is essential.
