Contracts Manager - Bridgwater

Maintenance/ repairs projects around Bridgwater

Permanent role

Day to day:

  • To monitor and support the Site Managers, Site Leads, Direct Trades and Supply Chain.
  • Monitoring Health and Safety on site
  • Provide monthly progress reports for the client
  • Produce programmes of work &provide weekly information for monthly internal reviews
  • Manage and achieve budget, monthly sales and cash collection.
  • Check stock levels and distribution, material and plant orders to ensure all site-based equipment is efficient and appropriate for each of your sites.
  • Maximise delivery of projects within budget and in accordance with the client specification.
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external contacts.

Requirements:

  • Experience of managing a multi-site portfolio, experience in repairs, voids, planned works etc.
  • Confident and professional with the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to ensure effective lines of communication (internally and externally).
  • Good literacy skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative, as part of a team and have a flexible 'hands on' approach to ensuring service delivery and complete client satisfaction.
  • IT literate - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

 

31 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays + your birthday day off

 

£47,500 + car allowance 

 

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm.
