Following continued growth, they are now looking to expand their team with an experienced Scheduler / Planner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule job cards for external engineering teams
- Handle technical calls from both business and residential customers
- Manage workloads using the in-house scheduling system
- Respond promptly to customer emails and enquiries
- Book parts and liaise with suppliers
- Oversee stock control and manage new parts arriving into the business
- Process invoices accurately
- Prepare and manage new quotes
This role offers a basic salary of 30,000 - 32,000 per annum depending on experience
Hours of work are Monday - Friday 9.00am-5.00pm
20 days holiday plus bank holiday rising with service

Requirements:
- Previous experience in similar role
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
- Confident IT skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage your own workload
