We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative based in Gainsborough.

Warehouse Operative Benefits:

Warehouse Operative Duties:

Locate products and rotate stock effectively
Picking and packing items
Working from a pick sheet and using scanners
Using a trolley to move stock around the Warehouse
Replenishing the Warehouse as and when required, ensuring stock is always available for picking
Moving pallets
Manual handling
Ensure all pallets, cages and stillages are secure in accordance with Health & Safety regulations
Comfortable with using a range of warehouse related equipment
Unloading, loading and moving items safely around the Warehouse

Warehouse Operative Criteria:

Experience working within a warehouse, picking and packing environment
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
Attention to detail to maintain order accuracy
Team player mindset with the willingness to support colleagues
Adaptability to meet changing business needs
Health and safety aware
Able to use warehouse equipment
Excellent attention to detail
Hardworking and reliable
Experience of driving an FLT preferred but not essential (in-house will be considered)
