Project Engineer

Manpower Engineering are delighted to be collaborating with a leading global manufacturing organisation to help them recruit a skilled Project Engineer.

Role Overview:

Are you a dynamic Project Engineer with a strong Mechanical or Electrical background and knowledge of the other.

Do you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, adept at managing multiple projects concurrently? We are seeking a talented individual to join our client's Project team managing multiple projects simultaneously. In this role, you will be entrusted with overseeing both ongoing and new projects from inception to fruition, ensuring seamless execution within specified timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing projects while assuming ownership of new initiatives.
  • Handle a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from £15K to £1M.
  • Spearhead the modification of existing equipment and production processes.
  • Drive the replacement of outdated machinery to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • HND/HNC in Engineering, Chemical, or Manufacturing.
  • Proven track record in Project Engineering within a manufacturing setting.
  • Ability to work across various disciplines including Mechanical and Electrical.
  • Capacity to work on multiple projects effectively and deliver results.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Working Hours: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
