Position: Highways Operative (Groundworker)
Location: Felling, Gateshead
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Minimum of 2 months with potential for ongoing work
Salary: £15 per hour umbrella
Experience Required: Previous experience as a groundworks labourer or Groundworker, plant tickets, manual handling, abrasive wheels, full driving licence
Hours: 39 hours per week
Additional Requirements: Proof of CSCS & relevant cards, valid driving license, picture of passport or birth certificate and NI number, 2 working references

Highways Operative (Groundworker), required to work on a local authority contract based in Felling, Gateshead starting ASAP.

This is for a minimum of 2 months work with a potential of ongoing work

Will be working as a Semi-Skilled Groundworker, working alongside a team of Highways Ops - Installing Lighting Columns, Digging out & Reinstating

Must have previous Groundworks experience - Roads, using breakers, stihl saws etc

Plant tickets are desired but not essential
