Major Recruitment are currently seeking experienced Customer Service Advisors to join our team in Gateshead. This is a great opportunity to secure a full time ongoing position.

The Role;

• Handling inbound and outbound calls
• Working with multiple systems
• Responding to emails
• Live chat
• Supporting and advising

Skills Required;

• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Good IT/Technical background
• Able to write an email
• Able to work some weekends
• Reliable
• Must have the skill to be empathetic and deal with sensitive calls
• Microsoft Office

Shifts;

Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm

Pay rate;

11.62ph basic

Overtime after 40hrs per week
