- Assist the sector with administrative and clerical support tasks
- Deal with enquiries via members of the public as well as internal and external staff via email, phone and in person
- Assist with meetings, booking meetings, minute taking, collating and sending reports and agenda
- General tasks including printing, photocopying, database management and electronic filing
The candidate:
- Experience of administrative support in a previous role (public/education sector preferred)
- Minute taking experience required
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload
