Controls Engineer - Robotics | £50,000 | Newcastle | Junior Considered

What We're Looking For:
We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-tech environment and brings expertise in the following areas:
Essential Skills:
- Hands-on experience with PLC integration, ideally in an automotive, industrial, or defence setting.
- Proficient in structured text, ladder logic, and function block diagrams.
- Understanding of control system design and development workflows.
- Ability to work on software development for PLCs and integrate with wider system architectures.
Desirable Experience:
- Design and optimisation of enclosures, wiring harnesses, and PCBs for automotive or industrial systems.
- Familiarity with EMC, thermal, vibration, and environmental constraints in control system design.
- Experience with E3 or similar CAD tools for harness design and system integration.
