HLTA Primary SEN
Location: Gateshead
Salary: £83 - £120 per day

Contract: Full Time
GSL Education are seeking a dedicated HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) to work in primary schools with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting students with SEN.
Key Responsibilities:
Support teachers in planning and delivering lessons tailored to students with SEN.
Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils to reinforce learning.
Assist with the organization of classroom resources and materials.
Foster positive relationships with students to support their well-being and progress.
Requirements:
Relevant qualifications and experience working with SEN students.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A patient and empathetic approach to working with children.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
An Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service.
