We are working with a well-established client seeking a confident and capable Marketing & Events Executive to join their Marketing and Business Development team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid marketing experience looking to expand their skills across events, digital content, and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external events (venue, invites, RSVPs, materials)
- Support delivery on-site, manage attendee lists, gather feedback, and track ROI
- Assist with website updates, blog posts, and LinkedIn scheduling
- Support content creation using branded templates
- Help compile performance reports (website, email, social)
- Manage mailing lists and support email campaigns (Mailchimp)
- Respond to marketing inbox queries
- Provide general administrative assistance to the wider marketing team
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years in a marketing, events, or communications role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Mailchimp, and CMS platforms
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Positive, proactive, and able to work across teams
- Experience in professional services or B2B is desirable
