What You Will Do:

- Conduct fault analysis and rectification to minimise downtime.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance test effectiveness and product quality.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience in planning, completing, and reporting full vehicle durability and robustness testing.
- Technical expertise in test facility and vehicle preparation.
- Proficiency with data acquisition, control systems, and data analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and logical approach.
- A full UK driving licence with a clean record and at least two years of accident-free driving.
