The Role

* Lead Electrical Architecture, Module owner & Test Teams to implement new/ existing features.
* Lead issue investigation and resolution of all technical issues
* Responsible for the co-ordinated investigation of complex feature implementation /debugging, leading the work streams and ensuring timely closure of issues/implementation to achieve programme timing
* Prototype build, production line and fleet "first line" support and investigation.
* Manage delivery of change requests, ensuring traceability of requirements and agreement with all key stakeholders (FuSA, Cyber Security, OBD etc)
* Problem investigation and resolution

Your Profile

  • Degree in a relevant engineering discipline with minimum 7+ years of automotive industry experience.
  • Experience in Body, Chassis, Power train, ADAS and Infotainment systems
  • Strong knowledge of using vehicle instrumentation, data acquisition, calibration and diagnostic equipment
  • Experience in defining the EE Architecture
  • Hands-on experience with tools like CANalyzer, CANoe, diagnostic tools
  • Relevant project experience, ideally in an automotive or engineering industry and working in an agile project environment.
  • Experience in manual & automation testing for embedded controls products.
  • Experience of working within a Product Development Process or with an OEM development process.
  • Strong communication skills and fluent in English
  • Ability to drive and complete tasks independently, task-oriented and high attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a complex and ambiguous environment
  • Positive and passionate, good team player, proven record of leading and mentoring junior team members
